Introduction to Strength and Conditioning for Cricket Coaches!
Are you missing a large part of a cricketers development by not knowing to impact players physically?
The game is becoming faster, fielding can win or lose games and power is becoming an integral part of the game.
Yet many coaches don't know how to impact their players physically.
Strength and Conditioning doesn't have to be complicated, you don't need a gym and any coach can make an impact on this.
I'll show you how!

Designed by a S&C Coach who has worked at the professional game for over 7 years and coached men's, women's, academy and pathway levels.
Who am I?
Isaac Leung:
Coached at Yorkshire CCC, Northern Diamonds, Northern Superchargers, England A as well as pathway and grassroots levels.
What are my principles:
Movement should be at the centre of training whilst having fun. Plus all coaches have a role to play, not just the S&C coach. Technical coaches have a great knowledge of the game therefore with the right knowledge, can apply S&C principles with great impact.
Why I created this course?
Many Cricket Coaches were asking me on how they could impact their players physically, were seeing problems with their players movement in the field, bowling or batting so I want to know make sure all players at all levels have access to some form of S&C to impact their game but also their lifestyle outside of the game.
How other coaches have impacted their learnings from this course?
Adam - Pathway Coach
"It has been a pleasure to be part of Isaac's cricket S&C course. I really do feel more confident in applying S&C in my sessions and is something I aim to hold at the heart of my sessions when planning them."
Sarah - Grassroots Coach
"Isaac, thanks for helping broaden my knowledge of mobility and movement from the content you've shown. Ive gained a deeper understanding of why and how to use them in practise.
I've managed to implement these into my weekly sessions to help my players through impacting their physical development alongside their skills and educate them to implement S&C in their own time."
